Order Processing

All orders are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for your items to be created and prepared before they ship.

Once your order is processed, it will be shipped out and you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after processing:

• U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days
• International Orders: 7–15 business days

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned due to an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your package:

• Check with neighbors or your local carrier
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery
